Our goal is to provide high-quality programs, workshops, and digital resources that empower young people. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with refunds.

Workshops & Programs

Refunds requested more than 7 days before an event will be issued in full.

Refunds requested within 7 days of the event may receive a partial refund or credit, depending on circumstances.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

If The EmpowHER Project cancels an event, customers will receive a full refund or program credit.

Digital Products
All digital downloads (e.g., journals, worksheets, guides) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Multi-Session Programs
For multi-week programs:

Refunds are available before the first session begins.

Once the program has commenced, refunds will be assessed case-by-case.
Illness & Emergencies
If a participant cannot attend due to illness, injury, or exceptional circumstances, we may offer:

A credit for a future workshop

A partial refund

Transfer to a different date
