Payments & Fees

Fees for workshops, programs, events, and digital products must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Online payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)

All prices are listed in AUD unless noted otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds may be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific program’s refund policy:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of an event may not be eligible for a refund.
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.
If The EmpowHER Project cancels a program, a full refund or credit will be provided.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by The EmpowHER Project - including branding, logos, text, graphics, illustrations, photos, videos, program materials, worksheets, and digital products - is the exclusive property of The EmpowHER Project.
